Ultimate Food Rescue Challenge

Open Table is once again partnering with Three Squares New England, a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing food waste and insecurity in the greater Boston area. This year, in addition to their Annual Ride for Food, Three Squares New England will be hosting a benefit dinner on Thursday, August 18 from 6:30PM – 11:00PM at Les Zygomates, Boston. Local chefs including Joe Gatto, Frank van Overbeeke, and Ismail Samad, will create delicious bites using donated and rescued food such as odd shaped vegetables and surplus ingredients from oversupply in the Ultimate Food Rescue Challenge.
