Thank You, SOS Chefs from NCL

Many thanks to this week’s SOS cook team from The National Charity League -Judy, Ellen, Fallon & Morgan. Lead by Chef Jennifer, they cooked up some beautiful quiches, savory chive cornbread & applesauce.

SOS (Save Our Surplus) volunteers use our certified kitchen facilities and surplus perishable groceries (extra produce from local farms and overstock ingredients in our pantry) to create delicious and nutritious prepared meals which our guests can take home when shopping in our pantry – one of the things most requested by guests.
