Phan Nguyen of Gigi’s Cooks for Open Table

On Monday, March 18 the guest cook at Open Table in Maynard will be Phan Nguyen, owner and Head Chef of Gigi’s Restaurant in Maynard. He will bring his passion for cooking healthy food to the dinner, which is sure to be delicious!

The fabulous menu will include:

• Beet salad
• Vietnamese spare ribs
• Basil fried rice
• Stir fry vegetables
• Fresh fruit & pastry

All are welcome to join us for our Community Dinners at our 33 Main Street location in Maynard on Monday evenings,  5:00-7:00 PM. Doors open at 5:00, dinner served at 6:00.
