Needed: Truck Driver and Food Pickup Volunteers

Can you imagine yourself behind the wheel of a truck, driving along, singing out loud? Open Table needs volunteers who can drive a box truck to the Greater Boston Food Bank on Mondays from 9-1, load it up and deliver the food to us in Maynard. Every pickup needs three people (one driver and two helpers) so encourage your friends to join you for this road trip or sign up solo and we’ll pair you with new trucker friends. Sign up for 1x/month or more, your choice. You’ll be helping over 200 households a week who are trying to make ends meet and keep food in their cupboards.
