Thank You, Patriot Hockey Team

Thank you to all the players on the Patriot Hockey 2006S team for running a food drive for Open Table in February. The boys collected fifteen huge bags of non-perishable food, and had a great time doing so, remarking afterwards “That was really fun.  Can we do that again on Thursday before practice?”  As the team notes on their website, “Hockey is all about serving and sacrificing for your teammates.  The team took that spirit to serve people in need in our community.  That is bigger than any win or championship.” You are all champions in our eyes!
