Highlights from Annual Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation

On Monday, September 23, 2024, Open Table volunteers, supporters, and friends gathered at Sanctuary in Maynard for our 2024 Annual Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation.

Board President Barbara Fisher gave some welcoming remarks, thanked outgoing Board members, and introduced this years’ Board of Directors. Executive Director Alex DePalo then presented the current state of the organization: the hows and whys of what we do. Check out the slides in case you missed it.

The second half of the evening was devoted to honoring our amazing volunteers. Alex recognized the contributions of two of our most dedicated, Eric Schoen and Jean Husson, and celebrated the accomplishments of our entire Open Table community. Attendees enjoyed a tasty buffet by Juliana’s Catering, delectable desserts from our own Chef Jed, and a few quick rounds of Open Table BINGO!

We want to say a special Thank You to our musicians Rick Maida and Karen Quatromoni for their beautiful tunes, and to Colin Valentine for preserving the night in photos.
